AHA Names Two Key Executives to Senior Staff
Giuseppe Lipari and Melanie Adamson Join Agency in Creative and Strategic Roles
VANCOUVER, WA (March 12, 2019)—Award-winning, independent marketing services agency AHA today announced the addition of two key executives to its senior leadership team.
Effective immediately, Giuseppe Lipari has joined the agency as Creative Director and Melanie Adamson was named Senior Director, Brand, a new position.
Lipari will lead creative teams and agency partners in developing campaigns and content for a variety of overall strategic needs, said AHA Managing Principal and creative leader Brent Wilson in making the announcement. Wilson added that Lipari will provide creative direction to the department’s writers, editors, art directors and designers while overseeing the development of brand, communications and marketing for multiple Fortune 500 clients.

Lipari has more than 20 years of experience as a creative leader, working with a wide range of brands and businesses in developing marketing solutions for both traditional and digital media platforms and outlets. His skills include expertise in identity design, advertising, web development and social media, among other marketing skills and disciplines.
At AHA, Lipari will lead creative teams serving clients including Charles Schwab Investment Services, Boston Scientific, and The Standard. He is a graduate of the Parsons School of Design in New York, where he earned a BFA degree.
Adamson has almost 20 years of experience evolving brands through insightful and innovative communication strategies. She comes to AHA from her most recent post at LO3 Energy in Portland, Ore., where she worked as VP of marketing after previously serving as founder and chief marketing strategist for Alder Agency & Co., also in Portland.
In her new role at AHA, Adamson will be responsible for developing and executing a unique agency brand marketing strategy and positioning, as well as developing new business opportunities, and cultivating new client relationships.

Adamson earned a B.A. degree in journalism from the University of North Texas and an M.S. degree in strategic communications from the University of Oregon.
