You know what happens when you assume? Erin doesn’t. She asks the simple questions. The big questions. The thorny three-part questions that threaten to stop everything. More than detailed—she’s seriously, joyfully, ridiculously meticulous.
Erin’s at her best when projects get complex. As content manager, she collaborates closely with writers, designers, dev teams and project managers. She audits, catalogues, doublechecks. She makes our work as consistent as she is. Adding clarity. Removing anxiety.
Erin has always found joy in being thorough. As a child, she built spreadsheets of the names of her Beanie Babies, cross-referenced by etymology and onomastics (name meaning and history, respectively). As an adult, she loves to follow recipes to the letter, measuring and remeasuring her quantities. If a process asks for a painstaking level of attention, trust that Erin sees it as play.
